Location
Our data centre is located in Walla Walla, Washington State, USA. The city of Walla Walla sits at the base of the Blue Mountain range and is ideal because of it's low risk from natural disasters. Walla Walla is not subject to hurricanes, tornadoes, wildfires, volcanoes, or similar natural occurrences that could jeopardize the safety of your data.

Power
The server racks at our data centre are isolated into sections. Each section has a dedicated APC Battery Backup Unit which serves as a power "cleaner" for that section of rack space. Problems with power spikes, brown-outs, or loss of power are not a concern. All backup generators are tested frequently to ensure that backup power will be ready and available whenever required.

Network
Redundant power supplies, redundant processor cores, redundant memory. Our enterprise line of routers are packed with redundancy to ensure that if there is ever a problem, network traffic will flow unhindered.

Connectivity
Our data centre network is powered by multiple fiber connections with no less than 1Gbps speeds on each line.

Cooling
Our data centre is cooled by redundant air conditioners. In addition to keeping the centre at the ideal temperature for servers, these air conditioners also come equipped with economisers. Economisers take advantage of chilly weather conditions by using the cold outside air as a supplement to conditioned air. This lowers the amount of energy required to power the air conditioners, and lowers the overall carbon footprint. This helps reduce our costs, which we in turn can then pass on to our clients.
