• 3011 Lafayette was a shell building designed to house a data center.
• The property was completed at the end of the Internet/Telecom boom of the late 1990’s/2000 and sat vacant for several years.
• The building was constructed by a local self storage developer that happened to have excess land in the premier data center location in the Silicon Valley.
• Stream used its marketing knowledge and technical expertise to correctly position the project in the marketplace for data center users.
