• Throughout 1998-1999, Stream witnessed tremendous demand from the technology and telecommunications industries. In particular, there were a large number of prospective tenants looking for data centers.
• Stream scoured the market for months to find a fully built out data center and discovered that these assets were virtually non-existent.
• Stream eventually located and contracted to purchase a vacant, Tier II, former EDS data center.
• Stream secured a long-term lease with AT&T, formerly SBC.
