Background:
The Data Center is part of the first ONE PLANET COMMUNITY IN NORTH AMERICA it is power, planning and fiber connectivity ready. The site has Power (N + 1 Redundancy), a 1.14 MW solar array, along with a super efficient cooling system. The site is targeted for LEED Platinum ND Certification which will be powered 100% by renewable energy by year 2020.
As a former HP/Agilent Technologies campus it is overbuilt beyond Zone 4 seismic standards and ultra energy-efficiency. I the site is a Tier 4 capable, two-story secure building has more than 60,000 square feet of potential raised floor area
