Miami-Connect offers a Tier 3 Telecommunications network and data center facilities with unparalleled secure connectivity for the exchange of Internet traffic and the delivery of advanced network services for mission critical IT systems. The facility is located on the same dual power grids that service major local hospitals and trauma centers, federal and state courthouses and provides its own exception backup power supply. In the event of a power outage, Miami-Connect's tenants have 24/7 back-up power available for all daily business needs.

Miami-Connect offers colocation and other related services to data center users as well as to tenants of the office building located on the upper floors of the site. Miami-Connect features include:
