Reliance House - Newcastle

Reliance House is located within minutes of Newcastle upon Tyne city centre and close-by to main transport links.

The site is solely occupied by the data centre facility and benefits from a private car-park, the entire site is surrounded by a perimeter security fence, also benefiting from 24/7 monitored CCTV coverage and proximity key-fob entry system to the data hall. A meeting room and the break-out room is available for the use of customers with vending facilities.

Access to the facility is available 24/7 and remote hands services are available as required. Space is available from single rack U's in shared racks, quarter lockable racks to multiple full-racks (up to 47U). Phase one of the facility provides space for 67 racks, with phase two providing a total capacity for 140 individual racks.

Power is provided by the adjacent utility operated sub-station by a dedicated LV power supply, resilience is ensured through our N+1 UPS system and on-site diesel generator with 5 days of diesel storage. The facility includes an Inergen gas-based fire suppression system. Cold aisle containment along with hot aisle extraction ensures efficient cooling to colocated equipment.

The site benefits from diverse fibre entry points, Flexible Internet Transit/Bandwidth is available from Wildcard Networks and other providers on-site. Bandwidth can be purchased by Monthly Transfer or based on a Committed Data Rate at highly competitive rates. VLAN/Transport services are also available to other major datacentre facilities.

For those wishing to source their own IP connectivity, fibre connectivity is available from multiple fibre providers including Virgin Media, BT, Global Centurylink (Level3), Vodafone. Please contact us for more information.
