Data center “Tsvetochnaya 1”

"Tsvetochnaya" data center is located in St.Petersburg on Tsvetochnaya street, near "Moskovskiye Vorota" metro station. Data center occupies its own isolated building with a total area of 1,500 sq.m. The server room area is 700 sq.m. This area houses 200 server racks, precision air conditioners and UPS clusters. UPS battery cabinets are placed in separate room. Cargo gates available. The data center provides a warehouse for the clients to store additional equipment. For our clients needs we have comfortable temporary workstations at the office on the ground floor.

The data center uses two independent 2MW power inputs. Two electrical substations backup each other. Power supply regularity is ensured by two independent UPS clusters consisting of four Liebert NXa 200KVA each, with N+1 redundancy and guaranteed 10 minutes minimum operation time. In case of simultaneous power cutoff on both inputs a Cummins diesel generator with automatic power up system is provided. DGs backup the total power of the data center. We use the "North" setup, providing start at temperatures up to -30??. Guaranteed DGs operation without refueling time is 24 hours.

Server room micro climate is controlled by EMICON precision air conditioners by way of blowing cold air under the raised floor. The air conditioning system is N+1 redundant. The cooling system is based on the principle of complete separation of hot and cold airflows which leads to significant efficiency improvements. Cold corridor temperature is +20?2??.

Data center has it's own optical links with basic internet exchange points on Bolshaya Morskaya, 18 and Borovaya, 57, and also connected to our data center on Kosaya line. We provide both aerial and sewerage cable inputs. Today our clients include the following operators: RunNet, Retn.Net, OBIT, Rascom, Eurotel, Comstar-UTS, Severen Telecom, Sovintel, GlobalNet, Eltel, Filanco, Prometeus, TeliaSonera, Rostelecom. We host Data-IX and PIRIX IXPs as well.

Data center provides modern security systems that will prevent unauthorized access in the building and in the server room. We have 24/7 armed security posts at the building entrance and at the entrance to server room. More than 100 surveillance cameras are watching every room, entrance and building perimeter. Every room equipped with video cameras, smoke detectors and access control systems based on magnetic stripe cards.
