The Neutral Data Center site has two separate connections to the power grid (company owns two power substations). A third, also separate connection to the completely independent power provider is planned.
The building benefits from heavy floor loading, up to 1000 kg/m^2. The site is expected to appeal to a broad cross-section of sectors, and in particular those attracted by the 12kW power provision per cabinet.
