Our Wellington data centre is staffed 24/7 with onsite operators available for customer processing tasks, including hands and eyes requests and the facilitation of third-party access to customer equipment.

The Operations team perform critical processing for several clients, primarily Government and financial institutions.

As Wellington is Datacom's original data centre in New Zealand, many of the operations staff have been here since inception and are experts in client service, with an emphasis on batch processing.
