Monaco Telecom Larvotto Supérieur

Monaco Telecom is embarking on an innovative project to construct a basement data center within a new residential tower, known as Larvotto Supérieur. This €45 million venture will integrate 35 state-owned apartments above a high-tech data center, which will occupy two of the building's four subterranean levels, covering an area of 1,550 square meters. The design incorporates eco-friendly features, including solar panels on the roof and a connection to the seaWergie thalasso-thermal network for sustainable heating and cooling. Construction is slated to begin soon, with a completion target set for 2027.
