Additional general information Triple C owns the largest, most sophisticated and advanced Data Center facility in Israel, at the company headquarters in Petach Tikva. Triple C's Data Center provides the customers with a constantly available and flexible hosting environment, which enables to improve availability and performance to enterprise applications with the benefit of advanced information security. The facility also provides efficient and cost effective cloud computing services, which provide IT infrastructures and software as a service. The new Triple C Data Center is design, built and managed according to the highest standards in the field of server hosting, to provide the customers with a safe, innovative and advanced environment, for IT and WEB hosting infrastructure. Standards and Certifications • SLI ISO-9001 and sub - the company is certified and complies with standard ISO-9001. • The facility designed and constructed according to the Tier IV and Tier II under EIA/TIA 942-A standards. • The facility conforms to the standard ISO-27001 (Standard that replaces 17799). • The building, like the facility itself, was built according to the safety standards required by law. • The facility and the structure comply with Fire-code requirements. • Meeting 1001 standard and all its subsections. • The facility is meeting the 1220-11 standard (fire safety standard). • Essential enterprise confirmation (ML"H). Facility structure • Two subterranean levels totaling 1,343 square meters, fire-safe and energy backup. • Two upper levels totaling 838 square meters, fire-safe and energy backup. • Building Management System (BMS) and control system to detect immediate electrical, air conditioning and fire-safe systems issues. • Advanced security 24X7 Including biometric identification and CCTV, Security presence 24X7 and strict entry procedures. The facility meets security standard ISO-27001. • Work rooms for customers that enable remote connection to servers. • Emergency computerized working rooms (BCP) for Data Center customer's use. • Secondary DR facility in Haifa and a third-party backup facility in Cyprus. Facility security Advanced facility security - Multi-layered security including: • Controlled access 24 Hours a day. • Controlled entry and biometric identification. • Camera surveillance and documentation. • The site is staffed 24 Hours a day. Electricity • Dual power connections with a maximum power of 5MW. • Dual power supply to the Racks with up to 12KW or 64A per Rack. 32A or 16A connection, in a single-phase or three-phase connection as required. • Electric Backup by redundancy of 2(N+1) UPS's. • Utility company backup by redundancy of 2N generators. Connectivity and communications • Triple C have Internet Service Provider license (ISP) from the Ministry of Communications. • The Data Center connected via fiber optic cables to all infrastructure companies in Israel: Bezeq, HOT, Cellcom and Partner. • The site linked to the three underwater fiber optic cables running from Israel to Europe for international communication: Tamares Telecom cable, the MedNautilus cable and the Bezeq International cable. • The site has a direct link connection to Partner, Cellcom, Bezeq International and Med-1 sites.
