To make a difference, our philosophy is to consistently provide outstanding customer service to our clients. This was recognised recently when we picked up the best customer service award at the EGR awards evening in 2012.
At C5, we work as a trusted partner with our customers small to large, by listening & understanding their needs, helping them to implement those needs and then working with them to make the necessary changes to increase revenue and reduce cost.
With over 170 experts we focus on our customers through an IT Services Division (managed service/outsourcing) and a Business Solutions Division (professional services).
What makes C5 different, and key to this business, is that we offer 24x7 support and an ITIL Service Desk, including First Time Fix and incident and problem management, including server patching, end-of-day checklists and hands-on second and third line support.
Our aim is to grow this business and become the premier provider of managed services in the Channel Islands.
