Site is built to meet the highest international safety, quality and regulatory standards. In addition, location is primarily intended as Disaster Recovery locations. Consequently office space is available for all users of the data center, set up as a center for continuing operations (i.e. Business Continuity Centers). Located in different seismic zones in relation to the city of Zagreb. Excellent communications options include a choice of multiple fiber routes enabling real time synchronized data replication.

Premise consists of two areas. The first area is white space intended for co-location of IT equipment. This area is highly protected in terms of physical and technical security. The second area consists of office spaces allowing users to continue operations in case of damage to their primary locations or DR scenario testing.

Site is intended to serve as Disaster Recovery locations while meeting or exceed standards set by the Croatian National Bank (HNB) and other regulatory agencies (such as HANFA) and regulatory obligations.
