375 Riverside Parkway
375 Riverside Parkway Data Center, USA
The 250,191 square-foot facility at 375 Riverside Parkway was built in 1998, and renovated in 2008. The multitenant data center facility benefits from a robust electrical system which offers 25kV diverse underground power feeds, dedicated HVAC infrastructure and two diverse underground exterior pathways which support the facility’s telecom network access. Atlanta not only acts as a regional gateway to the Southeastern United States, but is also a major East Coast fiber convergence point and cross connect of long haul carriers currently present in our carrier Hotel, 56 Marietta. In addition to access to competitive low cost and reliable power rates, Atlanta also benefits from low incidence of natural disasters and provides vendors a location to diversify risk exposure on the east coast.
